Through our work, you will gain greater self-awareness, develop coping skills, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions.
In my free time I like to cook, draw, and engage in dance contests with my dog. Sometimes she lets me win.
